ARBITRATION OPT-OUT
You may opt out of this arbitration agreement within 30 days of your first purchase from BebFly.
To opt out, you must send written notice to Mohssin LLC.
The notice must include:

• your mailing address;
• the email address associated with your purchase;
• your order number, if available; and
• a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration agreement.

CLASS ACTION WAIVER
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and BebFly/Mohssin LLC agree that any Claim shall be brought only in an individual capacity.
Neither you nor BebFly/Mohssin LLC may bring or participate in any Claim as a plaintiff, class member, or representative in any purported class, collective, consolidated, mass, or representative proceeding.
The arbitrator may award relief only to the individual party seeking relief and only to the extent necessary to resolve that individual's Claim.
Any claim concerning the enforceability of this class action waiver that applicable law requires to be decided by a court shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction.
